Refund Policy

Here's how cancellations and refunds work for Subtys subscriptions. It goes hand in hand with our Terms of Service.

Who handles the money

Payments for Subtysrun through Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes care of billing, invoices, taxes and refunds, so a refund is ultimately paid out through Paddle. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's own buyer terms.

Our 14-day promise

If a paid plan isn't for you, ask us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. That's the standard you'd expect for a digital purchase. After those 14 days, refunds are up to us.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew on their own. You can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. Once a new period has already started, that charge is usually non-refundable, but if a renewal genuinely caught you off guard, reach out quickly and we'll take a fair look at it.

Cancelling

What we usually can't refund

Translation tokens you've already used up, and periods you've largely used past the 14-day window, generally can't be refunded. That said, if something went wrong on our end, we'll always look at it in good faith.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at volodymyr@subtys.com with the email you bought with and your order or invoice number, which is on your Paddle receipt. We aim to reply within a few business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle.
